Request Appointments and View Past Appointments
You can use the customer portal to request an appointment time or to view your previous appointments, trainer's session notes, and invoices. To do so, you will first need to sign up for an account to access the portal.
Once you have created an account and are signed in, click on the "New Support Ticket" button and fill out the form.
In the description, give us an idea of what you’d like help with and some dates and times that might work for you. Appointments can be scheduled as early as 10 am and the last appointment of the day ends at 5 pm., Monday-Friday. Also let us know how long of a session you would like. There is a one hour minimum for session times. Appointments not lasting an hour will still be billed for an hour. Appointments lasting longer than an hour will be prorated to the quarter hour. Appointment requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
Once we receive your request, we will get back to you to confirm a time. If your request is submitted on a weekend day, expect a response the first business day following.
